I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were very roomy with a lovely large bathroom and shower area, making them incredibly comfortable. Though it was a little humid at times, the rooms were well-appointed and nicely furnished. The service was exceptional, with everyone being incredibly friendly and always ready to help in any way they could. The location was ideal, right between the town center and the main street with bars and restaurants, making it convenient for exploring Tulum. The dining experience was really nice, and the complementary drinks in the early evening were a nice touch. Overall, a wonderful stay with just a few minor drawbacks.

I felt like I discovered a hidden gem tucked among all the lush plants at this hotel.
